Cooking Instructions
FAST & EASY MICROWAVE:
- Empty contents into a microwave-safe bowl and add 1 tbsp of water.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 minutes†,*.
- Allow to sit covered for 2 minutes.
†Microwaves vary; for a 900W microwave, add 30 – 60 seconds; for a 600W microwave, add 60 – 90 seconds.
STOVETOP:
- Empty contents into a small saucepan and add 3 tbsp of water
- Cover, cook over medium heat, and bring to a low boil.
- Stir occasionally to separate pieces; add more water if needed.
- Once all pieces are separated, cover and simmer for 1 minute* more.
- Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 2 minutes.
*Cook until product reaches 165F internal temperature.
Let cool, then puree (6-8+mo), mash (8+mo), or serve as finger food (8+mo) to your little one.
If serving as finger food, cut larger pieces of fruits and veggies into bite size (1/4 inch) pieces. Always supervise when feeding. Take caution when removing the cover, as steam will be hot.
